Social Media & Content Creator.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, digitally savvy content creator who lives and breathes social media. If you’re the type of person who spots trends early, enjoys creating content, and wants to you’re your role, this is for you.
This is a growth-focused role where you’ll take on real responsibility from day one. You’ll be hands-on with content creation while learning the strategy behind what makes brands grow online.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Create and post engaging content for platforms like, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Write captions that match brand voice and connect with the audience
• Design clean, on-brand visuals and simple layouts
• Shoot/edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
• Manage DMs, comments, and community engagement
• Research, identify, and reach out to relevant influencers and creators
• Support influencer collaborations from outreach to execution
• Stay on top of trends, memes, and platform updates
• Support campaign ideas and content planning
• Track performance and learn what works (and what doesn’t)
What You’ll Grow Into:
• Owning content calendars and planning ahead

• Managing influencer partnerships and campaigns
• Understanding analytics and optimizing content
• Building and shaping brand voice
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in social media, content, or marketing
• Strong writing skills and a good eye for visuals
• Comfortable being both creative and organized
• Confident communicator (especially for influencer outreach)
• Someone who takes initiative and brings ideas to the table
• In tune with internet culture and digital trends
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience working with influencers or creator collaborations
• Experience creating content for brands (or a strong personal account/portfolio)
• Skills in tools like Canva and Adobe InDesign
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Languages:
• Required: English
• Nice to have: Papiamentu and Dutch
